Shipping Policy
Non-Local Shipping
Average shipping time outside of the local area and within Canada, is 5-7 days which does not include order processing times. Shipping to northern or rural regions will take longer; up to 14 days.
Depending on order size, order processing times are 1- 3 days.
Our carrier is Canada Post, who provides tracking options for your orders. Shipping times may be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping Locally
Shipping locally is free and includes Fort St John BC and surrounding areas. Shipping times are 1-3 days. Free shipping will be determined when an address is entered at checkout.
Delivery is available in the immediate Fort St John area, and pick up is available upon request by emailing generationbloombeauty@gmail.com. Allow for a minimum of 1 day for order processing.
Shipping Delays or Lost Parcels
If you order has not arrived in 14 days, please use the tracking number to find out if there have been any delays with the carrier. Contact the carrier for more information, through the tracking number, that will take you to a customer support area.
