Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products being sold, returns cannot be accepted. We do; however, care about you! If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please reach out to us at generationbloom.ca and we can discuss an appropriate accommodation in the form of a credit, or extra soapy rewards to use at your next purchase.

Products damaged during shipping do not qualify for a refund or credits as all our products are packaged carefully and with added protection to prevent damage from bumpy transports and shipping handling.
